dc.description.abstract World relies on ils technology for the growth and development and it is an ever changing phe nomenon. In the field of manufacturing, lathe is probably one of the first technological concepts which dates back to 1300 BC, and later evolved to latest machining centers and CNCs. How technology evolves, is dependent upon its applicability Ofl the contemporary needs. This is a world of customized production, so we need methods to create products as per special customer needs. This requires flexibility in manufacturing facility, and conventional dies are unable to in corporate such sudden changes in product design, and also it can prove to be very uneconomical looking at the small volume of production, cost of die making, as well as time consumption to make a separate die for each change. And this is the exact restriction that requires an amendment to fuse flexibility, by going die less. en_US
