The present disclosure relates to phenothiazine derivatives and a process for their preparation. Particularly, the present disclosure relates to phenothiazine derivatives for the treatment and prevention of diseases or disorders by inhibiting the TTK protein kinase. Further, the present disclosure provides the process for the preparation of phenothiazine derivatives. The process of the present disclosure is simple, environment-friendly and cost-efficient.
