Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a process for the antiviral surface coating. The process of the present disclosure includes depositing a pure titanium oxide film on a variety of substrates by using Radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering. The substrates coated with the amorphous titanium oxide by using the process of the present disclosure provide an efficient anti-viral surface coating. The coating obtained by using the process of the present disclosure is highly transparent in the entire visible-near infrared range.
