The present disclosure relates to nanocomposite emulsion gel composition and a process for its preparation. The nanocomposite emulsion gel composition of the present disclosure is biocompatible, biodegradable, storable in clinics, and easy to inject via an endoscopic needle without causing any clogging in a catheter. The nanocomposite emulsion gel composition can encapsulate the therapeutic agents such as nanomaterials, antibiotics and herbal agents to deliver at the surgical site to treat the endoscopically created wounds. The process for the preparation of the nanocomposite emulsion gel composition is simple, easy and scalable.
