Abstract
The present disclosure discloses an Internet of Things (IoT) based system (100) for real-time monitoring of physical activities and physiological signals. The system 101 broadly comprises a strain sensor (101), an electronics module (102), and a cloud platform (103). The strain sensor (101) is configured to generate at least one signal carrying data related to physical activities of a user, the electronics module (102) is communicatively coupled with the strain sensor (101) through cable connectors to receive signal from the strain sensor (101) and the cloud platform (103) is configured to receive a signal from the electronics module (102) via communication network and further configured to store at an address, wherein the data is retrievable from said address via login and displayable on atleast one display device by the user. The display devices include a mobile 104 and a laptop 105.
