The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical compound of Formula-Z, Formula-Z wherein, ; ; R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and aryl alkyl group; and X is at least one selected from the group consisting of halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl and cyano. The pharmaceutical compounds of the present disclosure can be used for preparing pharmaceutical compositions for effective treatment of Helicobacter pylori infections.
