The people whose stories are narrated in this book are all IITians but are not the ones who are the most celebrated by our society as �Successful IITians�. They are still climbing the ladder of success. Readers will feel a great sense of connectivity with their past experiences and the hardships they had to face while walking off the track. These stories are meant to connect those who are aspiring and struggling in their careers and life with the experiences and hardships faced by these individuals from across different IITs. The real characters in the book have gone through numerous highs and lows, still never left what they chose. Attempt has been made to narrate just ten stories. There are thousands of such stories waiting to be told to the world. The stories in this book are therefore meant to be a humble step towards inspiring young people to select the profession that speaks of their passion and interest instead of simply following the herd. The stories presented here are just ten dimensions (career paths) and each one of us is capable of becoming The 11th dimension!
