The material enhances photo-assisted OER and offers potential STH benefits at the system level, making it suitable for renewable energy applications. An apparatus for electrolysis of water includes a reaction chamber, an electrode, a counter electrode, and a source configured to induce a water-splitting reaction to generate hydrogen and oxygen.
